Alex Zappani, President

Alex leads the strategic objectives of Zequel Technologies, Inc. and
oversees the daily operations of the management team. Alex brings to
Zequel extensive consulting and management experience. Prior to joining
Zequel, Alex served as Vice-President of Operations for a Managed Security
Service Provider with operations in the U.S. and Latin America. Alex
led the development of the company's strategy including capital rising,
strategic vision, operations, sales, opening local offices in Brazil,
Mexico and Argentina, hiring local personnel, and recruiting channel
partners. Prior to this position, Alex worked with the Arthur Andersen
- Technology Risk Consulting Division (TRC) for nine years out of the
Chicago, Miami, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, and Venezuela offices. Alex
has a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Accounting from the University
of Buenos Aires, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), has a Certificate
in Business Administration from Loyola University (Chicago), is a Certified
Information System Auditor (CISA) and is member of the Information System
Audit and Control Association (ISACA). Alex is a speaker at several
seminars regarding IT security and IT risk management.
Francisco Arguedas, Vice President of International Sales

Francisco is presently leading all of the International Sales for Zequel
including building a network of channel partners, value added resellers
and customer base in Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Chile and Dominican
Republic. Francisco has served as Managing Director for different companies
including Attachmate, Citrix Systems (CTXS) and NetScreen Technologies
(NSCN). In all of these companies, Francisco developed all the sales,
distribution and channel development strategies from the initial operations.
In addition, Francisco formed strategic alliances with companies like
Unisys, Ericsson, Siemens and Damovo among others. Francisco has 22
years of experience in the IT environment and has been working with
international markets for the past 16 years. Francisco has successfully
built an extensive network of channel partners, value added resellers
and customers. Francisco holds an MBA degree from Florida Atlantic University
and a Cybernetic Engineering Degree from La Salle University.
Ron Woodward, Vice President of Business Development

Ron Woodward has served as Zequel Technologies' VP of Business Development
since September of 2002. Ron is responsible for all of the business
development initiatives of Zequel in the West Coast including a network
of channel partners, value added resellers and customer base. Prior
to joining Zequel, Ron was employed for more than nineteen years in
various sales and sales management positions. From 1996 until 2000,
Ron served as the Director of International sales for Allied Telesyn,
a Seattle based Company specializing in infrastructure networking and
management software. During his tenure, Allied Telesyn's market value
increased as the company successfully completed strategic worldwide
relationships with Lucent Technologies, NCR, Gateway, Siemens-Nixdorf,
Reuters and IBM global services. From 1990 to 1996 Ron served as Director
of Corporate and Federal sales for IBM/Tivoli, a Texas based Software
Company. Prior to joining IBM/Tivoli, Ron worked for six years at Novell,
where he served as a Senior Account Executive. Ron has a BA in Marketing
from the University of Alaska and resides in Seattle, Washington with
his wife.
Hernando Solano, Vice-President of Technology

Hernando is responsible for the overall technology research and development
of Zequel, including managing the software design, programming, version
controls, technical support infrastructure and future products. Hernando
brings over 7 years of solid technical experience in the telecommunications
and Information Technology field. During the past years, Hernando has
served as a Chief Information Officer of a Managed Security Service
Provider, Chief Technology Officer at LD Telecom, a voice over IP Telecommunications
Company and Chief Technology Officer at iMigo Technologies, an Internet
Appliance company that specialized in the development of embedded Linux
Operating System. Hernando attended Simon Bolivar University for an
Information Systems Engineering Degree.
Carlos A. Sandoval, Vice-President of Operations

Carlos is presently managing all the day-to-day operations including
partner contracts, human resources, customer support, logistics, product
presentations, business development support, legal and accounting issues.
Prior to joining the company, Carlos served as a Director of Sales for
Latin America for a Managed Security Service Provider. Carlos led the
initiatives to create sales opportunities through a network of channel
partners and a local direct sales force in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina,
Colombia, and Costa Rica. Prior to this position, Carlos served as President
of iMigo Technologies, Inc., a developer of Internet Appliances for
Latin America. Carlos holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business
from the New Jersey City University.
