Company: Philip Morris
International, through its subsidiaries and
manufactures, sells a variety of consumer
products. The Company provides tobacco products
as well a variety of beer and brewed non-alcohol

Critical Issue/Pain: A Quality
Control division needs to constantly meet
strict ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 regulatory compliance

of their quality control and environmental
